Supplier assessments: issuer, entity and scope
These summaries are based on the assessment documents held by KUNYU. A supplier assessment concerns the named company and the activities examined at the audit date. It is not a certificate of security performance for every fence system.

How to read our manufacturing figures
Original report page excerpts: BV manufacturing scope, page 7 · BV quality control, page 11. These are reproductions of selected pages, not new certificates or complete reports.
The reports cover different operations and dates. Their employee, area and production-line figures should not be added together or treated as the capacity of one palisade factory.
| Source | Recorded figure | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| BV audit, March 2026 | 8 production lines | Associated enterprise manufacturing section; not eight dedicated palisade lines. |
| BV audit, March 2026 | 78 personnel; 13,640 m² | Audit-wide personnel total includes associated-company staff; area relates to the associated manufacturing operation described in the report. |
| TÜV production assessment, August 2026 | 10 wire-mesh lines; 50 personnel; 7,000 m² | Assessed Hebei operation; not an additional total to combine with the BV figures. |
| TÜV trade assessment, August 2026 | Company established 8 August 2023 | Hangzhou sales and export legal entity. |
The BV audit records inspection instructions, identification and segregation of non-conforming units, repair and re-inspection. The Hebei production assessment records random finished-product inspection and retained records. Inspection scope and acceptance criteria for your order are agreed against its specification.

Anonymous example: palisade component inspection
A 2026 KUNYU factory inspection record covers palisade pales, rails, posts, fishplates and fixings. The following are requirements recorded for that batch, not universal specifications for the full catalogue.
| Component / check | Recorded batch requirement | Buyer implication |
|---|---|---|
| Pale width | 70 ± 2 mm | Confirm the pale section and dimensions on the order drawing. |
| Pale thickness | 1.85 ± 0.06 mm | This batch is distinct from catalogue configurations specifying a nominal 2.0 mm thickness. |
| Rail length | 2710 ± 2 mm | Do not substitute for a 2730 mm rail or a different post-centre system. |
| Hole pattern and components | Hole diameter, end positions and matching fixings checked | Specify the entire bay, including posts, rails, fishplates and fasteners. |
A separate palisade batch record reports two posts measuring 2320 mm against a 2325 ± 2 mm requirement. The record states that these were picked out and replaced. This is a documented example of non-conforming-product handling, not a claim of zero defects or a published independent re-inspection certificate.

Anonymous example: welded mesh inspection
A 2026 welded mesh batch report records wire diameter, panel dimensions, zinc coating and weld-joint tensile checks. The figures below describe that report only. They do not establish a security rating or compliance for every 358, 2D or 3D fence panel.
| Check | Requirement in report | Result recorded in report |
|---|---|---|
| Weld-joint tensile check | At least 500 N | 880–1364 N |
| Zinc coating mass | At least 40 g/m² | 40–55 g/m² |
| Wire diameters | 3.2 ± 0.04 mm and 2.1 ± 0.035 mm | Recorded as meeting the batch requirements |
These are first-party factory report entries, not independently repeated measurements. Coating mass in g/m² and point thickness in µm are different measurements and are not interchangeable acceptance criteria. The inspection record concludes that the sampled batch met its release conditions; it does not establish delivery to a customer or customer satisfaction.

Export packing and order documentation
The records document palletised fencing components, strapping, protective materials and carton packing for smaller fixings. The packing schedule is reviewed against product dimensions, finish and handling needs. Recorded quantities from a past order are not a guaranteed container capacity for another order.
For a quotation, provide the fence type, height, total metres or quantities, gate schedule, finish, required specification and destination. For a documentation request, identify the exact product and the inspection or audit information you need. We review the relevant scope and confidentiality before sharing further records.
