Before you place a bulk order
Drawings & component schedule
Agree the drawing revision and itemised bill of materials before confirming the order. Identify straight runs, corners, ends, changes in level and gate openings. Check that the quoted panels or pales, rails, posts and fixing sets belong to the same system.
Inspection & supplier records
Review the assessed company and manufacturing scope, then agree the inspection points for the selected order. Supplier assessments and previous batch records describe their own scope; any required product test report must cover the proposed system and configuration.
Packing & order documents
Agree a packing schedule with panels or pales, posts, gates and small fixings counted separately. Confirm package identification, net and gross weights, shipping documents and the named delivery place with the quotation. MOQ and lead time depend on the selected specification, quantity and production schedule.
MOQ, mixed orders and delivery milestones
List each product, height, finish and quantity separately, including any proposed mixed shipment. Ask the quotation to state the minimum accepted quantity for each line, packing dimensions and weights, payment milestones, production start conditions, goods-ready date and named delivery term. Keep production time, freight transit and destination clearance separate when comparing arrival dates.

Questions about wholesale supply
What determines the minimum order quantity for wholesale fencing?
MOQ is quoted for the selected product, dimensions, finish and order mix. Send a line-by-line schedule so KUNYU can confirm which quantities and combinations are feasible. The worked 100-bay palisade example explains component counts; it is not a published minimum order.
Can different fencing products be requested in one export shipment?
Include all proposed panels, pales, posts, gates and fixings in one enquiry, with quantities and destination. KUNYU reviews compatibility, production timing and packing together. Shipment consolidation and final container quantities must be confirmed against package dimensions, weights and the agreed loading plan.
Which lead time should a UK or South African importer compare?
Request the production start conditions and goods-ready date separately from estimated freight transit and destination clearance. Provide the required arrival date, destination port or delivery address and requested delivery term. Compare quotations with the same supply scope and written timing assumptions.
How do I request a quotation?
Send the product name, required height, quantity, finish and destination. Drawings and a bill of quantities help us confirm the full component list.
