100 full bays represent 275 m of nominal post-centre run. A single straight open run of 100 bays requires 101 post positions: schedule the terminal arrangement in addition to the 100-post bay allocation. Corners, gates, slopes, partial bays and spare fixings require a separate drawing-based count.
The product
The standard system is available for 1.8 m, 2.0 m and 2.4 m fence heights. Specify the required height, total metres or bay quantity, surface finish, gate schedule and destination so the final component schedule, order drawing, packing and production timing can be confirmed with the quotation.

Each standard bay contains 17 W-section pales, two 2710 mm × 50 × 50 mm rails, one matched post and one coordinated fixing set. The standard fixing schedule uses two fishplates, 34 M8 pale fixings and four M12 rail fixings with security nuts.
Use 2325 mm posts with the 1.8 m system, 2600 mm posts with the 2.0 m system and 3125 mm posts with the 2.4 m system. Confirm embedment, corner posts and terminal posts from the installation layout.
The standard rail is 2710 mm long and 50 × 50 mm box section. Two rails are used per bay and should be ordered with the matching posts, pales and fixing kit.

For a single straight open run without gates, N bays require N + 1 post positions. The published one-post-per-bay allocation does not by itself complete the terminal arrangement. Identify the end, intermediate, corner and gate posts on the layout before ordering.
