Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I order components separately?

Submit the parts list, quantities and mating dimensions for review. Separate components must be checked against the existing panel and post connection.

Is one post required for every panel?

A simple straight run generally requires posts at both ends as well as the intermediate positions. Corners, ends, gates and changes in level affect the schedule; use the site layout to confirm the total.

Does the product name confirm a security rating?

No. 358 describes the mesh format. Any specified security, impact or forced-entry rating must be supported by a valid report covering the complete proposed system. Supplier assessments do not establish a product security rating.

Can I order for a UK or South African project?

Send your specification, quantity, destination and project schedule. KUNYU PERIMETER coordinates export supply from China for importers, distributors and contractors; local installation and site engineering are arranged by the buyer or their appointed local contractor. The quotation defines the supplied components and delivery responsibilities.

What are the MOQ, lead time and packing quantities?

These are quoted after the dimensions, component schedule, finish, order volume and destination have been reviewed. Ask for the packing list, inspection requirements and delivery terms with the quotation.
