Reference BTO coil configurations. Clip positions describe the connection pattern between adjacent turns, not the total number of loose clips in a coil. Coverage is a layout reference and depends on extension; nominal diameter is not installed diameter.

Nominal reference dimensions. Blade codes can describe different tooling profiles: for example, BTO-22 is also sold with a 16 mm blade width and 35 mm pitch. Specify the complete dimension set; tolerances and alternative tape thicknesses are agreed on the order drawing.
The product
Concertina razor wire joins adjacent loops with clips to form an expanding, three-dimensional barrier. Specify the nominal coil diameter together with the loop count, clip pattern and intended installed length so the quotation describes one complete configuration. Specify the steel tape, core wire and connecting clips separately. For stainless steel, state the required grade for each component. For galvanised products, include the required coating mass and inspection method in your enquiry.
Request the required wrapping, coil protection, carton or pallet arrangement. Net and gross weight, packed dimensions, minimum order quantity, production timing and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation for the selected configuration.
Agree checks for the blade profile, tape thickness, core-wire diameter, overall dimensions, connections, finish and packing labels. Send any project-specific test or certificate requirements with the order schedule.

Concertina coils have connections between adjacent loops that control the expanding structure. A single coil is an unclipped spiral. Compare the connection pattern and intended installation, as well as the nominal diameter.
The reference configurations range from 8–9 m for a 450 mm, 56-loop, 3-position coil to 14–16 m for a 980 mm, 56-loop, 5-position coil. Select the complete row, because coil diameter alone does not determine coverage. Final installed length and diameter are agreed together.
