Nominal reference dimensions. Blade codes can describe different tooling profiles: for example, BTO-22 is also sold with a 16 mm blade width and 35 mm pitch. Specify the complete dimension set; tolerances and alternative tape thicknesses are agreed on the order drawing.

The product
Straight line razor wire uses razor tape around a core wire and is specified by the required linear length. It may be supplied wound for transport, while the intended installed configuration is a straight run. Provide the number of strands, run lengths and support layout so the material quantity is separated from the length of the fence boundary.
Prepare your enquiry
Specify the steel tape, core wire and connecting clips separately. For stainless steel, state the required grade for each component. For galvanised products, include the required coating mass and inspection method in your enquiry.
Request the required wrapping, coil protection, carton or pallet arrangement. Net and gross weight, packed dimensions, minimum order quantity, production timing and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation for the selected configuration.
Agree checks for the blade profile, tape thickness, core-wire diameter, overall dimensions, connections, finish and packing labels. Send any project-specific test or certificate requirements with the order schedule.

No. Razor wire has stamped blade tape around a core wire. Ordinary barbed wire uses wire barbs. Specify the blade drawing so the correct product is quoted.
Yes. Select the required material in your enquiry. The quotation identifies the blade tape, core wire and clip materials individually, including stainless grade or galvanised coating requirements.
