State the total clear opening and the desired split between the leaves. Add the height, swing direction, ground profile, available swing space and manual or powered operation requirement.
Do not assume this. Frame members, reinforcement, posts, hinges and foundations depend on the leaf span, height, infill and site conditions. The final supply drawing defines these items.
Only when they are explicitly itemised in the agreed scope. A mesh gate quotation does not automatically include powered operators, controls, detection or installation.
Send the product and quantity, destination country or port, selected finish and the relevant panel or gate schedule. Include project drawings, required inspection scope and the target delivery date.
Panel, post, gate and fixing quantities are reviewed separately. The quotation records packing protection, package identification, net and gross weights, commercial terms and the production schedule for the agreed specification.
