Component schedule for quotation
The section and fastener figures are quotation references, not a universal installation design. Compatibility with existing or third-party systems must be checked against the actual dimensions.
The product
System & supply overview
A component enquiry needs more than the panel name. Send panel dimensions, the existing post or fixing drawing, photographs of the interface and the quantities required. For new installations, specify line, corner and end positions and the mounting method. For replacements, confirm post section, hole spacing, clamp geometry and fastener dimensions. Compatibility should be checked against the actual assembly. Gate posts and tall fence posts require their own design review rather than being treated as ordinary line posts.
- ✓Separate line, corner, end and gate interfaces in the parts schedule.
- ✓Confirm hole spacing, clamp profile and bolt size from the actual system.
- ✓Choose embedded or base-plated posts against the installation design.

Buyer questions
Frequently asked questions
Will these components fit every twin-wire fence?+
Compatibility is not assumed. Confirm the post section, hole centres, clamp profile, panel wire schedule and bolt dimensions from the actual assembly before ordering.
Can I use the listed post size for every fence height?+
No. The 60 × 60 × 2.0 mm section is one published system reference. Height, loading, mounting, site conditions and gate interfaces can require a different design.
How many fixing sets are needed?+
Use the approved panel and post drawing to identify fixing locations. Counts change with panel height, post position, corner details and the chosen clip or clamp-bar system.
What information is needed for an export quotation?+
Send the product and quantity, destination country or port, selected finish and the relevant panel or gate schedule. Include project drawings, required inspection scope and the target delivery date.
How are packing and lead time agreed?+
Panel, post, gate and fixing quantities are reviewed separately. The quotation records packing protection, package identification, net and gross weights, commercial terms and the production schedule for the agreed specification.
